At TamilDecor, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted items to ensure they reach you safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Non-Metro / Rest of India: 7-10 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 12-14 business days depending on logistics connectivity.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and weight of the shipment.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.
• Standard Shipping: A nominal fee applies for orders below ₹999, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your package on our website under “My Account” > “Orders” or directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Address & Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including the PIN code and a valid mobile number.

If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after 3 attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we can re-ship the order upon payment of additional shipping charges, or process a refund after deducting the initial shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we ensure secure packaging, if you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery. Ask the courier to mark it as “Damaged” and return it. Contact us immediately with your order number.
